Have you been searching for something deeper?
Maybe you’ve experienced a painful childhood, or traumatic event, and struggle with feeling disconnected to your body.
Perhaps you experience chronic pain and have difficulty releasing tension and calming racing thoughts.
Whether you’re a regular in your local yoga studio, or you’re unsure if your body is even capable of yoga (spoiler alert: it is) these sessions are created to support your unique experience.
In these sessions, you and your body are the guide, and I am here to support you as we meet unspoken needs of your body, mind, and heart.

My experience as a mental health professional— specializing in the neurobiology of trauma, inspired me to seek out deeper ways of supporting my clients who have complex trauma.
My journey led me to complete a trauma-informed yoga teacher training (RYT-200), which only magnified my passion for yoga. This journey also revealed to me the profound impact yoga has on our minds and nervous systems.
With a deep understanding of the neurobiology of trauma and our nervous systems, I seek to support my clients in the most personalized way possible.

With training in trauma-focused therapies, including Polyvagal Theory, I understand the neurobiological aspects of PTSD and complex trauma.
During our initial consultation, I’ll assess your current nervous system state(s) and provide education about the Autonomic Nervous System—the system responsible for keeping us alive.
This helps us determine which approaches best support your body. For instance, someone experiencing chronic anxiety (an overactive sympathetic state) might benefit from grounding exercises to shift into a parasympathetic state. However, I also recognize that what feels “safe” varies depending on individual experiences of trauma.
My professional training allows me to navigate these nuances and find strategies that work for you.

Your physical and emotional safety is my top priority. Together, we meet your body with gentleness and your emotions with compassion.
Building trust is essential, especially when exploring something new. My goal is to create an inviting, warm, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe and supported as we get to know each other.
Empowerment and Choice:
In our sessions, everything is an option. Your voice matters, and you’re always welcome to say “no.” I understand this can be a big step, so you have full permission to come out of any shape, meditation, or breathwork—no explanation needed.Consent and Comfort:
I will always gather your consent before introducing elements like scents, sound, or touch into our sessions.Collaboration and Feedback:
I welcome your feedback and check in regularly to ensure your experience aligns with your goals of reconnecting with your body. Together, we’ll create a space for relief, growth, and healing.
